So as most of you know, my computer crashed (powersource failure) and left me with no way to convey my art. while this brought a sudden stop to my coloring i did try and counter act the wait with some drawing but alas i was uninspired. so the page sat, blank, the computer sat blank and the skills i had been developing went.... blank

so.. i did other things, got out the house, played some bball, lifted a few weights, but i just couldn't find the inspiration to draw, even after i got my stuff back up and running. that is until....

...until i lost somebody very important to me, now don't jump the gun, they didn't die, but regardless they were no longer part of my life. Over some stupid SHIT none the less. Some of you may not know it, but i have a horrible temper and it's not an understatement. it's the type of temper that if left unchecked, could have easily hampered my future. so over the years, i developed a personality that was laid back, that didn't get angry, one that was almost pure logic and observation. i admit, it's helped me through a many of difficult times in life, but when i lost this person, it was useless. completely and utterly useless. RAGE and ANGER took over, i could barely channel it. Weightlifting everyday, Basketball until i could barely walk, but i was still full of negative energy... so... i tried something i've never ever tried before...

I channeled that negative energy into art. for the past few weeks i've been drawing from pure hate and anger. i've been funneling out this energy into my art and have finally been able to drain it completely and while i don't apologize for it i will extend you the courteousness of a heads up cuz i may not be able to tell if my work has gotten darker from this.

so with all that said, basically i'm back. i'm purged of my pain and anger but like i stated earlier, i really don't know what type of effect it's had on me so, yeah, lets find out.
